Return Policy 

The customer is required to inspect the products upon receipt to ensure they match their order. In any case where visibly damaged or defective products are sent to the customer, the customer must refuse to accept the delivery and immediately contact us at 24102300 or 99101936, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, or by email at info@onergo.com.cy

Product Returns

If the return is due to a proven error by our company (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product) the item must be returned at our expense. It can then either be replaced with the correct product in perfect condition, or the customer can be refunded, provided they notify us within 5 working days of receiving the product.

If no error has occurred on our part, and the customer simply does not like the product, they have the right to return it within the next 14 working days, with shipping costs covered by the customer.

Returns are only accepted after prior consultation and provided that the products have not been used and remain intact in their original packaging. If the packaging has been opened or used, or if the original condition of the product has been altered, the return will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned products. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment unless otherwise requested. A purchase invoice or retail receipt is required as proof for the return.

In addition to the rights provided under this return policy, all consumer rights under existing legislation and laws regarding sales contracts, as well as any rights related to product warranties provided by the manufacturer, remain valid.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right of return does not apply to the supply of goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as custom-made packages or individual prints.

If you are unable to return the products yourself after using a delivery service, contact us for guidance on how to proceed with the return.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without extra charge within 5 working hours (9:00–17:00, Monday–Friday), as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
